Mission Statement
Our desire is to provide a safe place to acknowledge pain while discovering one’s uniqueness and significance in order to engage in meaningful relationships within the family and community. Our team will collaborate treatment when working with a family unit. Whether supporting an individual or a family, we seek to join every person on their journey, while utilizing best practices in respect to each client’s unique circumstances.
Our Services
Our training provides a systems approach to relationship and life issues because our world functions primarily through interrelationship feedback loops. Our job is to help you achieve your goals. It is natural to feel stuck when faced with pain as we lose perspective about life and the future. At the same time, your perspective matters.
CHILDREN & ADOLESCENCE
Based on their therapeutic needs, age, developmental level, personality and preference, your child’s therapist will determine a uniquely individual treatment plan and counseling approach to use with your child.
ADULT INDIVIDUALS & COUPLES
Adults working individually or in couples work are welcomed without judgment to explore their goals and concerns in a supportive and safe environment. Our approach with adults is collaborative and emphasizes hope as a catalyst for change and recovery.
FAMILIES
Our therapists support and assist families facing a variety of life challenges, emphasizing effective problem solving and conflict resolution as well as improved communication.
Telehealth
Through audio and video over the internet, you can meet with your clinician on the go from your laptop, tablet, or your mobile device (iOS or Android) – it's your choice.
How do I know if therapy is right for me and/or my child?
Therapy can be helpful for people who are having social and emotional difficulties in their lives. You may consider seeking help through therapy if you find that you or your children are reliving the same problems either at school, work, or in relationships with others.
Therapy is a judgement free zone where you can be you. You and your therapist work together as a team to determine your goals. Your therapist will check in with you to make sure that those goals are being achieved. Therapy can be a way to:
